NO RETURN POLICY

This No Return Policy applies to all purchases made through the official website of Stupefiant at www.stupefiant.us. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.

ALL SALES FINAL

All items sold by Stupefiant are FINAL SALE. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for any reason except in cases where an item is received damaged or incorrect due to our error.

This policy includes, but is not limited to, exclusions for:

  • Incorrect sizing or fit

  • Color preference

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Accidental or improper ordering

Once an order is placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.

ACCEPTABLE EXCEPTIONS

Returns or replacements will only be considered under the following circumstances:

  1. You received an item that is damaged upon arrival, or

  2. You received an item that is incorrect from what was ordered

No other exceptions will be made.

REPORTING DAMAGES OR ERRORS

To be eligible for review, customers must contact us within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery confirmation.

All claims must include:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Clear photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item

  • A brief written explanation of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours will not be accepted. Stupefiant reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether a claim qualifies under this policy.

CONDITION OF APPROVED RETURNS

If a return or replacement is approved:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Original packaging and tags must be intact

Failure to meet these conditions will void eligibility.

SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY

Once an order has been shipped, Stupefiant is not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages

  • Shipping delays caused by the carrier

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

LEGAL COMPLIANCE

This policy is written in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Where required by law, those provisions shall override this policy.
