All items sold on our store are currently pre-order unless stated otherwise. Once the pre-order window closes, production begins with our manufacturer. Because we produce in small batches to ensure high quality and attention to detail, please allow 2-4 weeks from the close of pre-orders for manufacturing and quality checks before your order is shipped. This timeline ensures each piece meets our standards and arrives in excellent condition.
After production is complete, orders will be shipped to the United States for delivery to customers. While we do our best to maintain accurate shipping timelines, delivery may vary slightly depending on carrier schedules, customs, or unforeseen delays. Estimated shipping after production is 5–10 business days within the US.
We value transparency and want our customers to feel connected to the process. Throughout production, we will provide regular updates via our social media channels, including information about manufacturing progress, production milestones, and shipping updates. We encourage customers to follow our social media accounts to stay informed during the pre-order period and to see behind-the-scenes content from the manufacturing process.
Please note that all sales are final. Because our items are made-to-order in limited quantities, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. We strongly recommend reviewing sizing charts carefully before placing your order. If an issue arises due to a manufacturing defect or damage during shipping, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the situation appropriately.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses.
